Contraception with pills or IUD? Are there natural birth control methods avoiding hormones, that are appropriate for me?

We are experts for intrauterine devices and their application in our office. Please bear in mind that hormonal IUD s ( so called intrauterine systems / IUS) like Mirena, Kyleena or Jaydess do not affect your natural hormonal production or ovarian function. They simply combine desired effects of the pill (less menstrual bleeding and discomfort)and also avoid possible systemic side effects. Usually we insert IUD/IUS s during menstruation using a local anesthetic when desired almost pain free.
